The client agrees to leave the vehicle in a safe, open and accessible area or space for EcoLife Waterless Mobile Car Wash to provide its services.

In the case EcoLife for any reason does not have a clear access or thinks it’s not safe to provide its services, EcoLife will reschedule for a later time at EcoLife discretion, no refund will be issued.

Due to security concerns, the client must provide vehicle information not limited to year, make, model, license plates.

EcoLife Waterless Mobile Car Wash cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings, non-factory equipment, previous damage or modified vehicles.

EcoLife Waterless Mobile Car Wash cannot be held responsible for any stolen vehicles before, during or after the services.

The owner of the vehicle is fully responsible for leaving the vehicle accessible to EcoLife Waterless Mobile Car Wash to conduct their services.

EcoLife Waterless Mobile Car Wash cannot be held responsible for the previous, current or after conditions of the property or space where vehicle is located.

The client agrees it has full consent from the property owner where the vehicle is located, any issues generated, the vehicle owner has full liability and responsibility and EcoLife will stop services immediately (completed or not completed) if requested by the property owner, security, any other company or agent responsible for the property.

EcoLife will not issue any refunds. The client agrees to have 100% liability in case of any claim made against EcoLife Waterless Mobile Car Wash for the conditions of the property before, during and after the services.

If you received an introductory rate or promotional discount, the price is guaranteed only for the specified period at time of enrollment.

EcoLife Waterless Mobile Car Wash may continue the introductory or promotional rates or apply other discounts off their retail rates after the period concludes.

Customers are only eligible to receive introductory rate or promotional discount once per vehicle, cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts offered.

EcoLife Waterless Mobile Car Wash reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

If the client is a vehicle reseller, wholesaler, auto repair or any other auto related business, EcoLife Waterless Mobile Car Wash reserves the right to modify its prices.

In case the client is not fully satisfied, EcoLife Waterless Mobile Car Wash will try to work with the client to resolve the inconvenience.

The client agrees not to pursue any legal action of any kind against EcoLife Waterless Mobile Car Wash, its members, officers, partners, affiliates or anyone related to EcoLife Waterless Mobile Car Wash.

EcoLife Waterless Mobile Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel at any time without notice. If the wash cannot be completed on the day and time specified due to weather or Acts of God, EcoLife Waterless Mobile Car Wash will reschedule for a later time at EcoLife discretion.

No refund will be provided.
